I lean MGA when I can actually get on one, for the fund segregation alone.
Knowing player balances are meant to be held separately matters more to me than a fast cashout, because offshore the nightmare scenario is the site folding with your money in it. MGA at least has rules pointing the right way. But you are right that a lot of them just will not take us, so in reality I end up on Curacao more than I would like, and then I keep balances small. Recourse is thin either way.
