Quick reality check before anyone replies. There is no licensed local online casino in the UAE, gambling is illegal here and the GCGRA thing from 2024 is land based only, that Wynn place near RAK isn't open till around 2027. So everything that ranks for this stuff is offshore. Curacao, Anjouan, the odd MGA one. Just so we're on the same page.

What I actually want to know is which of these are still accepting signups from UAE accounts this month, not last year. I've hit two in the past few weeks that quietly geoblocked at registration even though older threads said they were fine.

Card deposits got declined as expected, MCC block, so I'm on USDT now anyway. Withdrew about 600 USDT last week, came through in under an hour.

Two that I use are still letting UAE accounts register, both Curacao, both USDT in and out. One of them quotes AED on the cashier which is a bit of a trap, it converts to USD at settlement and shaves about 2 percent off, so the number you see isn't the number you get.

Honestly the geoblock thing is hit and miss and changes month to month, I wouldn't treat any list as permanent. Test small first. My last withdrawal was around 40 minutes, USDT TRC20.

Worth saying plainly since people read these later. None of these have any local recourse. If an offshore site sits on your money there is nobody here you can complain to, that's the whole reason this board exists.

so yeah keep your working list but treat every one of them as guilty until paid. and set a deposit cap for yourself, the no local protection part cuts both ways.

One I was using since January stopped accepting new UAE signups about three weeks ago, existing accounts still fine for now. So your point about lists going stale is bang on.

USDT is the only sane rail here, cards are pointless. Anyone telling you a bank transfer worked smoothly is either lucky or about to find out.
